They play pretty wildly now–the girl even jumped straight up and hit the underside of the table. I want to let them out in the room where there’s more room to run about, but they have to be more trusting first, or at least well in the habit of hiding in the carrier.
The boy often will play just a little out of the carrier, so he can pull back quickly (turtling). They’re just learning that my hands and feet are not like other toys–I try to not startle them with my reactions, and it’s working pretty well.
